The mechanised car park has provided new parking spaces by optimising all existing spaces

This is a project in which we wanted to optimise the available space, creating a high-level plant engineering system, and handling the design and construction phases respectively.

Specifically, the new automated car park was built inside a historic courtyard dating back to 1600 in a private condominium located in Piazza Santo Stefano in Milan.

Overall, the automated parking system consists of 11 parking spaces and a stone canopy that transports the cars from their respective entry/exit areas.
